Toby 'n Dad

IMG_2464SMALL.jpg My mom is here helping with the boys and getting a proper dose of Alaskan cold. We went for a walk on Sunday and set out a few rabbit snares, and have pulled in three so far. The house has been creaking and moaning in the cold. Just now Stephanie and I were talking when we heard the house shift and looked over to see a hair-line seam in the wall run from ceiling to floor. It's 42° below zero and still falling.

It's been cold here too, the temp. dropped to 19 above and everyone is throwing a fit as I sit by and laugh.

My brain can not even fathom 42 below zero. I get chilled just thinking about it.
