Toby has such a fun, funny, and animated personality. His voice is hard to capture with text, but sometimes it’s hard to resist trying.

On Sunday, Jamiee’s birthday, we went to Jamiee’s favorite restaurant for breakfast. When Toby said he had to pee, I took him into the bathroom. When I pulled down his pants, I realized he didn’t have on any underwear. I figured it was a rushed morning, and when Stephanie dressed him she simply forgot his underwear. But at that moment in the bathroom I said, “Toby, what happened to your underwear?” His head snapped down to look, and in total shock he exclaimed, “I LOST ‘em!” I can’t quite capture the surprise and the inflection on his word lost! but it was hilarious. Three days later, and I’m still laughing.
